Refund Policy

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between subscription payments and one-time payments made for knowledge, Specialization, and guided project purchases, and that payment options may vary from one Service to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who do not receive a passing mark in the Content Offering, or who are otherwise unsatisfied with their final grade.

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren’t happy with your knowledge, CMLWPR offers a 30-day refund or credit for most knowledge purchases.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a knowledge that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a knowledge, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a knowledge due to your violation of these Terms or our Trust and Safety Guidelines, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

Return Policy

If the knowledge you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 30 days of your purchase of the knowledge, that CMLWPR apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your knowledge (website, mobile), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed. However, if a knowledge you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 30-day limit. CMLWPR also reserves the right to refund students beyond the 30-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

To request a refund, follow the steps here. As detailed in the Instructor Terms, instructors agree that students have the right to receive these refunds. If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next knowledge purchase on our website, but can’t be used for purchases in our mobile. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period, and have no cash value.
